Whereas, on receipt of order dated: 21.07.2025, passed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad in C.P No. D 1139 of 2025, R, whereby the petition stands allowed with the petitioner being admitted to post-arrest bail in respect of FIR bearing crime No. 173/2025 registered at P.S A/Section Dadu, U/S 9 (i) 3 (b) CNSA, 2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- Fifty thousand and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which is accepted.
You are, therefore directed to release the below named applicant/accused, fro m your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.50,000-/-(Rupees fifty thousand||) and submit such P.R Bond before this Court.
