SUBJECT:     RELEASE INTIMATION OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL APPEAL D-NO. 39 of 2024 REG. IMAM BUX URIF IMAMUDDIN CHANDIO U/S: 9(C) CNSA 1997 (AMENDED ACT 2022) CRIME NO. 15/2024 OF PS LAKHI GATE

                        Whereas, this court convicted and sentenced accused 1. Imam Bux urif Imamuddin s/o Hout Khan by caste Chandio, and he was convicted U/S 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C and sentence him with (R.I) for 14 years and to fine of RS. 4,00,000/- and in case of default thereof he also undergo SI for three years. The accused 1. Imam Bux urif Imamuddin s/o Hout Khan by caste Chandio, preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “The instant criminal jail appeal is allowed. Consequently, impugned judgment dated 26.04.2024 penned down by learned Ist Addl Sessions Judge/MCTC/Special Judge for CNSA, Shikarpur vide special case No. 175/2024 State Versus Imam Bux @ Imamuddin Chandio is set aside, resultantly, the appellant is acquitted of the charge. He is in custody, therefore, shall be released forthwith he his custody is not required in any other case, Judgment dated 03.09.2025, passed in criminal appeal D-No. 39 of 2024.

                        You are, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime.
