SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ALI GOHAR S/O GHULAM RASOOL B/C SOLANGI, IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.2696/2025 (ALI GOHAR VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.402/2025 OF P/STATION QASIMABAD, HYD, U/SECTIONS 25-A, SINDH ARMS ACT 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Ali Gohar S/o Ghulam Rasool b/c Solangi and upon hearing Mr.Sher Dil Ansari, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  Roshan Ali S/o Ghulam Nabi has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Ali Gohar S/o Ghulam Rasool b/c Solangi from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
