The required surety has been furnished by the accused. One deponent Fayyaz Ahmed son of Dur Mohammad By caste Ghoto resident of village Panjoo Bagh Taluka Ghotki, stood as surety for the above named accussed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
