Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Mairaj s/o Sultan Ahmed by caste Magsi, vide order dated:- 27.08.2025, in Cr. Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 14/2025, Re- Mairaj Ali Magsi Versus The State, u/s 302, 393 & 34-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 65/2024 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan, in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before this Court on the date of hearing viz: 15.09.2025, at 08:30 am withoutfail.
