Whereas the above named applicants/accused was/were remanded to your jail under warrant of this Court convicting/committing the applicants/ accused under aforesaid sections and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Ali Akbar Shar Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has passed order that above named applicants/accused be released on bail furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith ( unless they/ he is/are no more required by you in any other case/ crime for your custody and after causing his/their P.R bond in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each and be executed for his/their appearance to trial court on 16-09-2025 8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this Court from time to time certify execution if this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this Court.
