Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM-I Khairpur, in below mentioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr.Ayaz Ahmed K Phulpoto for the said applicant/accused and DPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the surety namely Hamadullah S/O Kareem Bux Kalhoro has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/-and produced Original (01) Defence Saving Certificate in the sum or Rs.10,000/- which has been accepted.
You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicant/accused from your custody, if he is no required in any other custody case/crime and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:10,000/-to be executed for his appearance before trial court on. -09 -2025 and send the same P.R bond to this court within three days.
