SUBJECT:-       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED 1.SHAHZADO S/O AHMED 2.RABAIL S/O MOHAMMAD IBRAHIM BOTH BY CASTE MAHAR IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO.1060/2025, REGARDING:SHAHZADO AND OTHERS  OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 401, 324, 353,34, PPC  CRIME NO.79/2025, POLICE STATION: LAKHI GATE.

                        Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused 1.SHAHZADO S/O AHMED 2.RABAIL S/O MOHAMMAD IBRAHIM BOTH BY CASTE MAHAR, and upon hearing Mr. Abdul Hameed Mangi, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of
  Rs.50,000/= in words (Fifty thousand rupees each accused) and P.R bond in the like amount, The accused has furnished the required surety.

                        You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of   Rs.50,000/= in words (Fifty thousand rupees each accused) and P.R bond in the like amount, for appearing before trial Court
