Whereas, the advocate for applicant/accused namely NAZAR MUHAMMAD S/O ATTA MUHAMMAD B/C YOUSUFZAI has made application U/S 497 Cr.P.C praying therein for grant of bail to the applicant in the above subject case/crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for state and perused the police papers, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of 20,000/= surties with P.R.Bond in the like amount
And whereas, the above named applicant/accused has furnished required surety for
