Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Karam Ali son of Ali Gulab by caste Mahar upon hearing Mr.Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr.Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Atta Muhammad son of Ali Gulab Mahar stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Karam Ali son of Ali Gulab by caste Mahar from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
