Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Syed Waqar Gilani son of Syed Muhammad Afzal by caste Gilani upon hearing Mr.Yassa Ali Mahar, Advocate for applicant/accused, Mr.Munir Ahmed Siyal, A.D(Legal)FIA/NCCIA and Mr.Mir Raaz Ali Khan Bijarani Advocate for Complainant, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (two lacs) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Rajib Ali son of Nazar Ali Laghari stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Syed Waqar Gilani son of Syed Muhammad Afzal by caste Gilani from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (two lacs) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
