Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application on behalf of accused person and upon hearing counsel for the applicants/accused and ADPP for the state, this court has granted bail of the accused in the sum of Rs 100, 000/- (in words One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if accused is no more required in some other case/crime, after causing P.R bond to be executed in the equal amount Rs.100, 000/- (in words One Lac rupees) for his appearance before trial Court.
