                        Whereas, applicant/accused Mevo S/o Nihal Shahani has been granted post arrest Bail by this court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Mst Naseeban W/o Ramzan Shahani R/o Murad Ja Bhan Taluka Dadu which has been accepted by this Court being trial Court.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Mevo S/o Nihal Shahani, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before this court on 30-09-2025 at 8.30 a.m.
