                    WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused person in the above noted case and crime are confined in jail and he was remanded to jail custody by this Court vide Jail Warrant dated:15.09.2025 bearing office letter No.173/2025 for offence U/S: 420, 489, 506, 34 PPC and in the jail warrant due to typograhical error section 489 PPC was inserted instead of section 489-F PPC, therefore you are required to make such corrections and put the acutal offences U/S: 420, 489-F, 506, 34 PPC in your relevant record under intimation to this Court.

                        AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused person before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicant/accused person in the above mentioned case and crime number.

                        AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused person and learned ADPP on behalf of the State, this Court has granted bail to the applicant / accused persons on furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicants/accused person in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof.
