Whereas, applicant/accused Akhtiar Ali son of Mukhtiar Mangi has been admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two lacs) only and P.R bond in the like amount, granted by the Court of Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana in Cr.B.Apl.No.S-430/2025 Akhtiar Ali Mangi (Crime No.01/2025 of Police Station Akil) offence under section 365-B (3) TIP 2013. The required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused to the satisfaction of this Court before this court, which is accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime and bound down to appear before the Court as and when required on the date of hearing.
