                        WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused person in the above noted case and crime are confined in your jail.

                           AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused person before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicant/accused person in the above mentioned case and crime number.

                        AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused person and learned ADPP on behalf of the State, this Court has granted bail to the applicant / accused persons on furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only)  with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                ND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicant/accused person in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof.
