WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.74/2025 U/S 9 (i),5 (b) CNS Act-2024 PS Mithi and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
