Whereas, the accused Sher Khan S/o Gul Adam Pathan is confined in District Prison Badin in the below mentioned case/crime. The above named accused has been granted bail by the Honoruable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderbad in the below mentioned case-crime vide Bail Order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Cr. Bail Application No.S-1019 of 2025 (Sher Khan Vs. The State) subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two lacs) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. Required surety is furnished today before this Court being trial Court, which is accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release above-named accused in the below case-crime forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case.
