                    Whereas, the below-named accused/UTP was sent to your custody under a remand warrant issued by the Honorable Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Shikarpur, vide office letter No. ATC/SHP/175/2025, Shikarpur, dated 22.02.2025. Subsequently, the R&P was received from the Honorable ATC Court, Shikarpur, by way of transfer after deletion of the offence under Sections 6/7 ATA, while the remaining offences punishable under Sections 353, 341, 337-H2, 435, 147, 149 PPC, being triable by this Court, remained intact. Later on, Mr. Abdul Rauf Memon, Advocate, presented a bail application before this Court seeking the release of the accused on bail, and upon hearing the learned ADPP for the State, this Court ordered that the accused named below be released on bail subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac) and a P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Whereas, the said applicant/accused has furnished the required surety before this Court.

                  You are, hereby required to release below named accused forthwith from your custody, if he is not required to be detained in any other case after executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (One Lac) for his appearance before this Court on 06.10.2025 at 08:30 a.m. without fail.
