Whereas, applicants/accused namely Amjad Ali S/o Sabit Ali Boke has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated.29-09-2025 passed in Crl. B.A Nos.S-832/2025 Re- Amjad Ali vs The State in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Zahid Ali S/o Sabit Ali Boke R/o Village Bachal Boke Taluka Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused namely Amjad Ali S/o Sabit Ali Boke from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R bonds before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend before this court on 14-10-2025 at 8.30 a.m.
