                       WHEREAS, accused Rasheed son of Ghulam Yaseen Lolai has been granted bail by this Court in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in B.A No.33/2025 in Re- Ihasan and others the Crime No.31/2025 u/s 379 PPC of Police Station Miro Khan on 08.10.2025.

                     AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused have been furnished which has been accepted in sum of Rs.50,000/-.

                           You are hereby directed to release the above named accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith after proper verification if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking P.R bond from him. The P.R bond taken from the accused be returned to this Court and above named accused be bound down to appear before this court on 16.10.2025 at 8:30 am without fail.
