Whereas the advocate of applicant/accused named above has filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this Honourable Court for grant of bail after arrest and this court after hearing of advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for state, granted bail after arrest to above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (RupeesThirty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required and authorized to release above named applicant/accused forthwith, (if he is not required in any other custody case) with directions to him to appear before this court on 17.10-2025 at 08:30 am without fail and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this Court for record.
