Whereas, accused namely, Sohail son of Manik by caste Bozdar, who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this Court, has granted bail of by this court in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. One deponent namely Hakimzadi w/o Shamsuddin by caste Bozdar r/o village Wali Muhammad Korai Taluka Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki, has stood surety for accused named above in the sum of Rs:50,000/- only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the the like amount with directions to appear before trial as and when required by the court.
