WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused in the above noted case and crime is confined in jail.
AND WHEREAS, during the pedency of the case Mst. Yasmeen D/O Liaquat Ali filed an application for withdrawn of surety and same was allowed and accused was detained in jail for want of surety.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicant/accused along with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court by one Muhammad Javed S/O Muhammad Yameen which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof and diect him to appear before this Court on 08.11.2025 at 0830 AM without fail.
