Whereas the advocate of applicant/accused named above has filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court for grant of bail after arrest and this court after hearing of advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for state, granted bail after arrest to above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
