WHEREAS the following accused was remanded in your custody in the following cases/crimes. The accused has been granted/admitted on bail vide order dated: 19.09.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (one lac) in crime No. 55/2019, whereas Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) in crime No. 57/2019 and P.R Bond in the like amount in the case/crime, and the subject surety in the sum of total amounting Rs. 150,000/- for following accused has been furnished and executed P.R Bond to the satisfaction before this court.
You are therefore directed to RELEASE the accused in the following cases/crimes, forthwith if he is not reqired in any other crime/case, after causing the Personal Bonds in the sum of Rs.150,000/- to be executed before you by the said accused person and certify the execution by endorsement on the back of the writ and return duly endorsed together with the personal bond to this court within two days from receipt hereof.
