Whereas, below named convicted/accused was sent to you along with conviction warrant & slip from Court of 1st Civil Judge & J.M. Kandhkot, its Judgment dated 13.09.2023, the said accused have perferred Criminal Appeal No:S-71/2023. before the Honurable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana against judgement dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court. The said appeal has been allowed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide Order dated :07.11.2025.
