WHEREAS, on this 24th November, 2025 the accused Parvez Khan son of Muhammad Ayoub Yousafzai,2. Najmuddin son of Muhammad Ayoub by caste Yousafzai in Crime No.71/2024, Offence U/S 9(e) control of Narcotic substances(Amendment)Act,2022 PS Baberloi is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Abdul Shakoor Kalhoro) for the offence punishable under section 9(e) control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 and sentenced them to suffer Imprisonment for (20) Twenty years and to pay fine of Rs.8,00,000/=each (rupees eight hundered thousand rupees. In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for one year more. The accused are extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC, their period of detention shall be set off/adjusted deducted against their substantive sentences.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
