WHEREAS, the accused namely 1. Zeeshan s/o Ibrahim 2. Nisar s/o Yaqoob was convicted by the learned trial Court No.IVth. Judicial Magistrate, Karachi South on. 22.10.2025 under section 8(i) Gutka Act to undergo Simple imprisonment of 2 years and fine of Rs.200,000/-. In failure to pay fine amount the accused persons has to further undergone six months simple imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS, the accused persons namely 1. Zeeshan s/o Ibrahim 2. Nisar s/o Yaqoob preferred Crl. Jail Appeal No.36/2025 before this Court, which came up for final hearing on.28.11.2025 and the said Criminal Appeal disposed off and accused above named acquitted.
You are, therefore, directed to released above named accused persons forthwith, if they are not required in any other case/crime.
