SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED PERSON NAMELY MUHAMMAD IMRAN S/O DARAZ KHAN BY CASTE PATHAN IN S.C NO 426/2025 THE STATE VS MUHAMMAD IMRAN INVOLVED IN CRIME NO 123/2025 UNDER SECTION 14 FOREIGN ACT OF PS SINJHORO.

                Whereas, learned counsel for above named applicant/accused has been filed a criminal bail application NO. S-322/2025 Muhammad Imran U/S; 497-Cr.P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, in the above mentioned case/crime and after hearing the arguments the Honourable High Court has been granted bail to above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime furnishing P.R bond in the like amount solvent surety sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) with satisfaction of trial Court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused which has been accepted by this Court.

             You are hereby directed to release the above-named applicant/accused, in the above-mentioned case/crime, if, he is not required in any other case/crime. The P.R bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signature/LTI of applicant/accused on it. The accused is directed to attend before this court on 18.12.2025 at 08.30 A.M.
