WHEREAS, this Court has received letter No.966 dated:09-12.2025 of the Additional Registrar, the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, in Cr.Bail Application No.S-311 of 2025, Rashid vs the State, Crime No.10/2024, U/S 302-324-337-H(II)506/2-147-148-149-504 PPC PPC OF PS Jam Nawaz Ali.
Wherein, advocate for above named accused has filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 2,00,000/- (two Lac rupees) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
