SUBJECT:   RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED JAVEED ALI S/O YOUNIS BY CASTE RAJPOOT, IN CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.02/2024, JAVEED ALI VERSUS THE STATE, U/S 489-F PPC, CRIME NO.174/2023 OF PS SHAHDADPUR.

          WHEREAS, the above named accused was convicted vide judgment dated 21-03-2024 passed by learned Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate-1(MTMC), Sanghar, who awarded him conviction U/S 489-F PPC and sentenced him to suffer S.I for one year. The benefit of Section 382-B was also extended to the accused in Criminal Case No.150/2023 (New) and Criminal Case No.262/2023 (Old), The state Versus Javeed Ali, Crime No.174/2023 U/s 489-F PPC of PS Shahdadpur, therefore, the accused preferred an Criminal Appeal U/S:408 Cr.PC against the judgment, after hearing the arguments, the said appeal is allowed and operation of judgment is suspended and accused is granted bail subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Rupee) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of appellant/accused before this court, which has been accepted.

             You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused/convicted, in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case by any other Court of Law. The P.R bond of accused is enclosed herewith be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused/convicted on it. Accused/convicted be directed to appear before this Court on 18.04-2023 at 8.30 A.M, without fail.
