Whereas, bail has been granted to applicant/accused Younis s/o Abdul Nabi by caste Khoso, by this Court in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court, in Criminal B.A.in Sessions Case No. 248/2025 re. Younis v/s State for offence under section 396, 120-B, 109 & 34-PPC, in Police Crime No. 28/2024 of P.S Behram. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused, which is provisionally accepted.
