Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Counsel on behalf of applicants/accused, named above before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments has granted bail to the named above applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/- (Rupees One Lac)/-each and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicants/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the named above applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with if they are not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicants/accused are directed to appear before this Court on 19.12.2025 without fail to face his trial.
