Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Raaz Muhammad @ Shashan son of Alam Khan @ Muhammad Ameen by caste Pathan upon hearing Mr.Abdul Hafeez Mirani, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr.Muhammad Alam Jatoi, ADPP for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Ghulam Hyder son of Abdul Aziz by caste Chachar stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Raaz Muhammad @ Shashan son of Alam Khan @ Muhammad Ameen by caste Pathan from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) for his appearance before trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
