Whereas, this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused namely 1.Allah Nazar S/o Aliullah 2.Hameedullah S/o Feeros 3. Atta-ur-Rehman S/o Abdullah all by caste Achakzai, upon furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each (Fifty Thousand Rupess) and P.R bond in the like amount.
