WHEREAS, Applicant/accused above named is granted the Bail in above noted case/ Crime, subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named applicant /accused person has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused person above named forthwith if he is not required in any other custody matter after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only to be executed by the said applicant/accused person before you, the Superintendent Central Prison, Karachi, and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court within three days from the receipt thereof.
