Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Khalil Ahmed s/o Abdullah by caste Sanghar upon hearing Mr.Abdul Karim Noonari, Advocate for applicant/accused, None present for the State/NCCIA, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Ghulam Shabir son of Soomar Khan Jiskani stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Khalil Ahmed s/o Abdullah by caste Sanghar from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
