                   WHEREAS, the below named  applicant/accused person in the above noted case and crime is confined in your jail.

                        AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named  applicant/accused before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case and crime number.

                        AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP on behalf of the State, this Court has to granted bail to the applicant / accused on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicant/accused with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named  applicant/ accused forthwith, if, he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond for appearance before trial Court and continuous to appear as further directed to him and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof.
