SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED(S)  (1) DANIYAL KHAN ZAI S/O SIKANDER KHAN ZAI (2) BILAL KHAN ZAI S/O SIKANDAR KHAN ZAI IN CRIME NO. 03/2026 OF POLICE STATION CITY HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 337-H(II) & 24 SINDH ARMS ACT 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused (1) DANIYAL KHAN ZAI S/O SIKANDER KHAN ZAI (2) BILAL KHAN ZAI S/O SIKANDAR KHAN ZAI and upon hearing Mr. Aasher Ashraf, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Syed Sajid Qutub Ali Shah, DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

 And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused (1) DANIYAL KHAN ZAI S/O SIKANDER KHAN ZAI (2) BILAL KHAN ZAI S/O SIKANDAR KHAN ZAI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
