SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED DANISH @ DANISH KHAN S/O MUHAMMAD ABBAS B/C YOUSIF ZAI PATHAN IN CRIME NO. 04/2026 OF POLICE STATION CITY HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 23-A SINDH ARMS ACT 2013, 337-H(II) PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused DANISH @ DANISH KHAN S/O MUHAMMAD ABBAS B/C YOUSIF ZAI PATHAN and upon hearing Mr. Imam Ali Hajano, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Abdul Qayoom Memon, DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

 And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused DANISH @ DANISH KHAN S/O MUHAMMAD ABBAS B/C YOUSIF ZAI PATHAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
