SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED WALEED KHOKHAR S/O FAREED KHOKHAR IN SPL.BAIL APPLN.NO.303/2025, (WALEED KHOKHAR VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.154/2025 OF P/STATION MAKKI SHAH, HYDERABAD,  U/SECTION 9(1)(3)(c) OF SINDH CNS ACT, 2024.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused WALEED KHOKHAR S/O FAREED KHOKHAR and upon hearing Sama Rabia, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, learned DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one AQIB S/O RAEES AHMED QURESHI has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused WALEED KHOKHAR S/O FAREED KHOKHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearing viz.20.1.2026 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
