SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ABDUL JABBAR S/O MUHAMMAD, SOOMRO IN  CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.D-209/2025, (ABDUL JABBAR VS THE STATE) OF HONOURABLE HIGH COURT OF SINDH CIRCUIT COURT HYDERABAD IN CRIME NO.275/2025 OF P/STATION QASIMABAD/NASIM NAGAR, HYD., U/SECTION 9(2)(2) OF SINDH CNS ACT, 2024.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ABDUL JABBAR S/O MUHAMMAD, SOOMRO and upon hearing Ms.Naina Raj learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Ms. Rameshan Oad, learned DPG for the State, the Honourable High Court Circuit Court Hyderabad has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one SHAHNILA W/O AMEEN SOOMRO has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL JABBAR S/O MUHAMMAD, SOOMRO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearing viz.14.1.2026 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
