Whereas, Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has been pleased to grant bail on furnishing one solvent surety of the below named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- each (in words thirty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount vide order dated: 12.01.2026. The accused has furnished the required surety before this court.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if accused no more required in any other case/crime, after causing P.R bond to be executed in the equal amount Rs:30,000/- each (in words thirty thousand rupees) for their appearance before the trial court, positively and certify the execution of this writ and send the bond to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
