WHEREAS, Applicant/accused namely 1. Abbas Masih s/o Arif Masih 2. Aqeel s/o Abdul Hafeez granted the Bail in above noted case/ Crime, subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-each (Twenty thousand each) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named applicant /Accused has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused above named forthwith if he is not required in any other custody matter after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-each only to be executed by the said applicant /accused before you, the Superintendent District Jail Malir, Karachi, and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court within three days from the receipt thereof.
