RELEASE ORDER
WHEREAS, the applicant/accused Zeeshan S/O Akbar , moved an application U/s 497 Cr. P.C in this Court.
WHEREAS, on the hearing the said application the ordered him to furnish a surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- FIFRTY THOUSAND ONLY with one suretyand P.R bond in the like amount in this Court and whereas the surety on behalf of aforesaid applicant/accused has been furnished, to this court, as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused Zeeshan S/O Akbar forthwith if he is no more required in any other case after causing a personal recognizance in the sum of aforesaid amount to execute by the said applicant/accused before the said superintendent and no certify by execution by endorsement on the back of the writ and to return the duly endorsed together with the reorganization to this court within two days from the receipt of this writ
