Whereas UTP/accused namely Liaquat Ali s/o Nizamuddin Khokhar was remnded to custody for want of surety amount Rs. 50,000/- vide letter No.2142/2025 dated 31.10.2025 in Session Case NO.423/2025 re-State Versus Liaquat Ali and others, Offence under section 324,353,401 PPC Crime No.149/2024 of P.S. Waleed. Today solvent surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused, which is accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other Custody case/crime. And accused should be bound down to appear before this Court on 28.01.2026 at 8.30.a.m.
