WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.69/2025 U/S 379, 215, 34 PPC PS Nangarparkar and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- ( Rupees Forty Thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
