Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused ABDUL REHMAN S/O MUHAMMAD IQBAL and upon hearing Mr. Syed Arasalan Hussain Shah, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Syed Tariq Ahmed Shah, DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL REHMAN S/O MUHAMMAD IQBAL from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
