Whereas, accused Ghulam Nabi son of Muhammad Hassan Channa has been granted Ist Criminal bail aplication by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana in Criminal Bail Application No.S-246 of 2025 re- Ghulam Nabi Channa Versus The State vide Order dated: 22.01.2026, and he furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/-( Two lac rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished by the applicant/ accused and same surety is accepted.
